Our technical team is available through periodic in-person promotions in repair shops and workshops to share specialized installation tools, practical solutions, and technical experiences in a real work environment.
In this in-person interaction:
• Special tools for installing new generation valve stem seals as well as tools for installing valve stem seals designed and manufactured by Madsoran Company are introduced and made available to master workers
• Practical installation tips and common error prevention are reviewed during work
• Direct feedback from master workers is received and taken into account in improving products and services
