Applicants seeking employment with Maadsouran must meet the following requirements:

● Hold citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

● Have no legal restrictions regarding compulsory military service.

● In accordance with Maadsouran’s recruitment policies and regulations, applicants holding a medical exemption cannot be recruited for positions requiring a high school diploma or associate degree.

● Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree or higher who have a medical exemption may proceed with the remaining stages of the recruitment process, subject to approval by Maadsouran’s Safety and Health Management.

● Follow one of the officially recognized religions of the country.

● Have no criminal record, as determined by the relevant competent authorities.

● Meet the required age criteria: the minimum age for all applicants is 18 years. The maximum age is determined based on the applicant’s level of education as follows:
25 years for high school diploma holders, 28 years for associate degree holders, 30 years for bachelor’s degree holders, and 32 years for master’s degree holders. There is no age limit for applicants holding a doctoral degree or applying for certain specialized positions.
The maximum age requirement does not apply to recruitment on a consultancy basis.
