Elites:
Distinguished graduates from bachelor’s degrees or higher with the following conditions will be recognized as elites and admitted under specific conditions:

A grade point average of 17 or higher in undergraduate degrees and a grade point average of 18 or higher in graduate degrees
Confirmation by two members of the Steering Committee that the applicant is an elite
