Graduates holding a bachelor’s degree or higher from the following public universities will be recognized as outstanding graduates and will receive priority in the recruitment process:

Elite Candidates:

Outstanding graduates holding a bachelor’s degree or higher who meet the following criteria may be identified as elite candidates and recruited under special conditions:

● A grade point average above 17 at the bachelor’s level and above 18 at the master’s level

● Confirmation by at least two members of the Steering Council that the applicant meets the criteria for elite status
