Applicants can complete and submit the online application form available in the “Job Application” section of the website.

How long after submitting an application will I be contacted?

This depends entirely on the company’s current staffing requirements. If your qualifications, expertise, and field of work match an available position, the Group’s Recruitment Office will contact you directly. There is no need for applicants to follow up individually.

Does having a medical exemption limit an applicant’s eligibility for recruitment?

Applicants holding a medical exemption cannot be recruited for positions requiring a high school diploma or associate degree. However, applicants with a bachelor’s degree or higher may proceed with the remaining stages of the recruitment process, subject to approval by the Group’s Safety and Health Management.

What is meant by general and specialized interviews?

To ensure the recruitment of qualified and skilled employees, applicants participate in in-person general and specialized interviews conducted by authorized company representatives.

What steps must be completed before starting work?

Employment can begin only after the applicant has successfully completed all stages of the recruitment process.

How are salaries and benefits determined?

Salaries and benefits are determined in accordance with labor laws, the job classification plan, and the company’s current policies and procedures.

How important is previous work experience in the recruitment process?

Most job responsibilities require some degree of relevant background or experience. Although applicants with previous work experience are generally given priority, capable candidates with strong academic records and no previous work experience are also encouraged to apply.

How are interns recruited?

Internship applicants should complete and submit the internship application form in May of each year. Interns will then be accepted for the summer period based on the company’s requirements.
