EF7 valve stem seal, ROULANT brand, manufactured in Taiwan

is responsible for preventing oil from penetrating the cylinder head into the combustion chamber by using advanced and heat-resistant materials. Considering the 16-valve nature of the national engine and its high operating temperature, Madsuran has provided this part with dimensional accuracy of one hundredth of a millimeter (in accordance with Peugeot France reference drawings) so that the sealing edges of the part do not wear out and dry out due to friction and constant heat. Using this product, in addition to stabilizing the engine oil level, prevents sooting of the valves and loss of engine power.

Technical note:
If the valve stem or edge is not protected during installation, the inner edge of the seal will be damaged at the moment of installation, resulting in oil burning after the engine is shut down; even with a new and high-quality seal. For this reason, Madsouran has provided specialized valve stem seal installation tools to professionals to increase the accuracy and ease of installation.
