Manufactured to exacting tolerances and in accordance with Renault’s global standards, it is resistant to heat and rotational stress. This seal prevents oil from leaking into the flywheel area and prevents clutch plate slippage and contamination.

Technical note:
Repeated leaks are due to high pressure inside the engine, a damaged or clogged PCV; if the PCV is not repaired before installing the new seal, the oil will definitely leak back into the clutch and gearbox, even with perfect installation.

Symptoms:
• Oil leaking from behind the flywheel, in the middle of the car
• Grease on the tray under the engine and around the gearbox housing
• In severe damage, oil leaks from the cracks in the gearbox housing
