Rear crankshaft of Pride brand ROULANT, made in Taiwan

This felt cup prevents oil leakage to the flywheel by permanently sealing the end of the crankshaft and prevents contamination of the clutch plate in Pride engines.

Technical note:
A leak causes the clutch to become oily and vibrate at the start of movement.

Leakage location: The connection point between the engine and the gearbox, in the middle under the engine
Symptoms:
• Oil dripping from the gearbox joint
• Wetting of the clutch shell or gearbox frame
• If the leak progresses, the clutch plate will slip
